What You'll Do
Steer the strategic direction of a growing portfolio of live games, ensuring consistent profitability and sustained player engagement across platforms such as Facebook Instant Games. You will be accountable for long-term EBIT growth and the overall health of 6+ live titles.
Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Game Producers, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to help them prioritize features, refine roadmaps, and make decisions that balance player satisfaction with financial performance. Foster a culture where teams proactively identify high-impact opportunities and iterate with confidence.
Design communication structures and operational frameworks that empower teams to work independently while staying aligned with business goals. Drive resource planning with a forward-looking mindset—building internal capabilities or leveraging external partnerships to ensure each game has the support it needs to succeed.
Identify systemic constraints and lead change initiatives, whether through team adjustments, process improvements, or strategic pivots, always with clarity and consistent communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles such as Head of Studio, Executive Producer, or VP Games
- Proven experience managing producers or team leads in a live-ops environment
- Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow EBIT while maintaining quality player experiences
- Deep understanding of the casual free-to-play gaming landscape, particularly in sustaining long-lived titles
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans across multiple teams
