Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global learning framework that aligns with organizational priorities and fosters agile learning.
- Lead the design and execution of PeopleCert’s global learning and talent development strategy, ensuring full alignment with business goals and cultural values.
- Oversee and continuously evolve performance management processes, promoting a growth mindset and continuous feedback culture.
- Create development pathways that foster career progression and leadership readiness.
- Build and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and belonging.
- Use employee engagement data, pulse surveys, and analytics dashboards to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Conduct annual training needs analysis using both qualitative feedback and data analytics to identify emerging skills, competencies, and future readiness gaps.
- Develop and deliver modern, blended learning programs using e-learning, virtual classrooms, microlearning, and collaborative platforms.
- Integrate AI-driven learning technologies, enhance learning effectiveness and personalization, and also track performance trends, identify skill gaps, and personalize learning journeys.
- Curate and develop impactful training materials across multiple media formats (videos, e-learning modules, interactive simulations).
- Partner with external learning providers and thought leaders to bring cutting-edge global learning experiences to PeopleCert.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development within a corporate environment.
- Proven managerial experience leading teams or large-scale learning initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and digital learning strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and technology-enabled learning ecosystems.
- Experience with e-learning design, LMS platforms, and blended learning delivery.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong business acumen, project management, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent command of English (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate a plus)
- Advanced computer literacy is required.
- Experience in a global or multi‑region organisation.
- Familiarity with project, change management, and leadership development methodologies.
Nice to Have
- MSc in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or Learning Technologies
- ECDL Advance level certification
- PRINCE2

Additional Information
- Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared. If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include: - A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check - Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence) - HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) - Financial background check - Employment reference check. If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK. In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
