Responsibilities
- Manage and expand paid advertising budgets across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and new platforms, with full accountability for ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics.
- Create an integrated cross-channel strategy that uses social media to generate demand and search to capture intent.
- Lower and stabilize customer acquisition costs through structured, large-scale creative testing processes.
- Analyze customer journey data using GA4 and attribution platforms like Adtribute and Tracify to optimize budget distribution.
- Design and manage automated business intelligence dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent tools to deliver executive-level insights.
- Evaluate and grow emerging growth channels in collaboration with external agency partners.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to operate beyond isolated channel management and take ownership of business outcomes.
