Abridge is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on paid media, demand creation, email and CRM, and social platforms.
  • Define team vision, grow talent, and ensure accountability for measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the full-funnel demand engine, including paid campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, and X, organic initiatives, account-based strategies, and channel planning.
  • Align with Sales and Revenue Operations to set pipeline goals and maintain tight feedback loops between marketing efforts and revenue results.
  • Lead email and lifecycle marketing programs to nurture leads, re-engage prospects, and support customer expansion in collaboration with Customer Marketing.
  • Elevate content and social media into measurable drivers of pipeline, beyond brand awareness.
  • Build strategies based on SEO, answer engine optimization, account-based marketing, audience insights, and distribution models.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative leadership to enhance website performance, content structure, and user experience to convert visitors into qualified leads.
  • Work with Data and GTM Technology teams to track and analyze marketing attribution across channels.
  • Ensure clarity and rigor in identifying what drives marketing success.
  • Partner across marketing functions including Product Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Communications, and Creative to align resources, brand, and timing.
