About the Role

Attio is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and demand generation efforts. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this senior, high-impact role is for a proven B2B growth leader who will scale our marketing engine, focusing on acquiring and retaining mid-market customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale Attio’s demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to build a data-driven growth engine targeting mid-market customers.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (search, social, display) that deliver measurable acquisition, ROI, and pipeline growth in a B2B context.
  • Experiment with and scale community, referral, and LLMO strategies to fuel sustainable, organic growth.
  • Create and manage audience-specific initiatives (e.g., start-up programs, affiliate partnerships, mid-market outreach) to expand reach and accelerate adoption.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs that drive activation, conversion, and engagement across the funnel for efficient acquisition and retention of mid-market accounts.
  • Lead pre-activation CRO experiments with the marketing site team and partner with Product on post-activation optimizations to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a cross-functional growth organization spanning performance, lifecycle, and data, leading cross-departmental initiatives aligning Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Own growth analytics and performance reporting, partner with Finance to track and forecast key KPIs (sign-ups, sales pipeline, CAC, ROI) ensuring transparency and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing with a strong track record across paid, organic, and owned channels within B2B tech or product-led organizations.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategies targeting mid-market customers within product- or technology-focused firms, with success driving growth for companies with 500 - 1,000+ employees.
  • Deep experience building and scaling B2B growth marketing functions, including defining strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and operationalizing growth at scale.
  • Proven success driving adoption and revenue in PLG environments through experimentation, activation, and data-led optimization.
  • Advanced ability to analyze data, extract insights, and build actionable strategies grounded in experimentation and measurable impact.
  • A clear communicator and collaborative partner across Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, able to align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams, fostering growth, accountability, and innovation while delivering exceptional results.

  • Comprehensive understanding of social, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Bonus points for LLMO or AI-native marketing experience.
