Paradox is hiring a Head of Growth - EdTech to design impactful learning experiences for a personal development app. You will own the full learning experience lifecycle, from design to user engagement, focusing on empowering users to improve their soft skills.
What You'll Do
- Design interactive, engaging learning experiences that empower users to improve their soft skills.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure learning content accuracy.
- Evaluate and revise learning experiences based on user feedback and data.
- Craft clear, concise, and compelling instructional text, audio, and video scripts.
- Distill complex ideas into digestible, user-friendly content that respects cultural sensitivities and inclusiveness.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions about content design and delivery.
- Devise motivational strategies to encourage regular app engagement and commitment to learning.
- Design assessments that provide real-time, constructive feedback to users.
- Analyze user engagement data to pinpoint areas of improvement.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor edtech trends to inform and inspire design decisions.
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to hit objectives.
- Experiment with new design approaches, technology, and tools to elevate the learning experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience creating eLearning or educational content.
- Experience creating educational content that keeps users engaged and boosts learning outcomes.
- Fluent in French.
- Fluent in English.
