Responsibilities
- create impactful and transformative learning experiences for our personal development app users, helping them to conquer daily challenges and level up their soft skills
- design interactive, engaging learning experiences that empower our users to improve their soft skills
- partner up with subject matter experts, ensuring our learning content is as accurate as a Swiss watch
- evaluate and revise our learning experiences based on user feedback and data
- craft clear, concise, and compelling instructional text, audio, and video scripts
- distill complex ideas into digestible, user-friendly content that respects cultural sensitivities and inclusiveness
- leverage data to make informed decisions about content design and delivery
- devise motivational strategies that encourage our users to engage with the app regularly and commit to their learning journey
- design assessments that provide real-time, constructive feedback to our users, giving them a clear vision of their progress
- keep your finger on the pulse of user engagement, analyzing data to pinpoint areas of improvement
- juggle multiple projects like a seasoned circus performer, always keeping your cool while meeting deadlines
- synergize with our cross-functional teams, ensuring each project runs like a finely-tuned Ferrari
- be our edtech trendspotter, keeping an eye on the market to inform and inspire your design decisions
- be our user advocate, conducting usability tests and gathering feedback to enhance the learning experience
- monitor KPIs like an eagle, adjusting strategies to hit our ambitious objectives
- experiment with new design approaches, tech, and tools, always seeking to elevate our learning experience
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in eLearning
- experience creating educational content that keeps users hooked and boosts learning outcomes
- French fluency
- English fluency
