The Head of Growth will lead the development and execution of a data-driven, AI-augmented growth strategy at Paradox, an EdTech company building an Operating System for Human Greatness. This role requires hands-on experimentation, funnel optimization, and behavioral science to drive measurable business outcomes. The position demands fluency in both French and English and can be performed remotely or from offices in Dubai or Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine
- Transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine
- Identify growth levers and pull them directly
- Take ownership of the funnel: dismantle and rebuild it to convert 2x better
- Lead from the front by testing hypotheses and launching new channels
- Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proven ability to turn insights into measurable growth
- Hands-on experience ideating, copying, designing strategy, and launching experiments directly
- Ability to build growth systems, not just advise on them
- Strong command of data and persuasion
- Daily use of AI tools to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed
- Skill in diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps
- Ability to connect insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value
- Experience in blending cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design converting experiences
- Proficiency with analytics and testing tools such as GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude
