Hadley Designs is hiring a Head of Growth, Ecommerce

Responsibilities

  • Lead profit and loss for Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms, targeting over $20 million in total revenue.
  • Develop a scalable growth system using product bundles, paid advertising, conversion rate improvements, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing ecommerce team rooted in accountability and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee rapid creative testing with more than 100 weekly ad variations across Meta and TikTok, aligned with ROAS goals.
  • Introduce monthly funnel-driven promotions, refine key performance indicators including conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Increase email and SMS-driven revenue to represent 25% of Shopify sales through optimized customer journeys and retention programs.
