- Develop a scalable growth system using product bundles, paid advertising, conversion rate improvements, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Manage and grow a high-performing ecommerce team rooted in accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee rapid creative testing with more than 100 weekly ad variations across Meta and TikTok, aligned with ROAS goals.
- Introduce monthly funnel-driven promotions, refine key performance indicators including conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Increase email and SMS-driven revenue to represent 25% of Shopify sales through optimized customer journeys and retention programs.
