Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual business planning cycle across the group, working with senior leaders worldwide to define the intended operational structure for the upcoming year.
- Produce quarterly financial performance reports in partnership with corporate departments and business units.
- Assist the Holding CFO team in the corporate review and approval of business plans and periodic performance updates.
- Improve current financial and analytical frameworks to align business performance with strategic goals, covering P&L, cash flow, product and order book analysis, credit and market risk, financing strategies, and associated controls.
- Support FP&A teams in delivering bi-weekly group forecasts, monthly management accounts, and urgent analytical requests.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gain in-depth business knowledge and deliver timely, actionable insights on a scheduled and on-demand basis.
- Build strong working relationships with Group Segments, including Sales and Trading, Renewable & Asset divisions, as well as Holding functions, CFOs, and Controllers network.
- Apply expertise in digital tools and accounting systems to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and identify efficiency gains across management reporting.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives, including implementation of new technologies, process redesign, and data governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of Business Planning process for the group. This involves collaboration with key business leaders globally to provide the Executive Board with an intended operating model for the year ahead.
- Preparation of quarterly performance reports in close cooperation with group corporate functions and business divisions.
- Support Holding CFO organization with corporate approval process of business plan and quarterly performance reports.
- Enhance the existing financial and analytical processes to allow steering business performance towards the organization’s objectives. This would include P&L, Cash Flow, book and product performance, credit & market risk, internal and external financing, and all respective controls.
- Support FP&A teams with preparation of bi-weekly group forecast, monthly management accounting and any ad-hoc tasks.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to develop deep business understanding and to provide clear and relevant analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Develop solid relationship with Group Segments (Sales and Trading, Renewable & Asset) and Group Holding functions, as fell as functional CFOs and Controllers community.
- Provide digital and accounting expertise to optimize the use of the systems to reduce workload and continuously seek for improvements in all areas of the Management Reporting function.
- Support the group-wide Digital Transformation project including new systems, processes and corporate data governance.
