Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Enterprise Sales team focused on financial services
- Generate revenue growth by engaging with global banking institutions, large insurance providers, payment networks, and regional financial entities
- Take ownership of expanding existing customer accounts and acquiring new clients within the sector
- Lead through direct engagement, dedicating substantial time to in-person meetings with clients and potential buyers
- Cultivate strategic relationships with technical and platform leaders in financial organizations
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering departments to align platform development with financial industry requirements
- Serve as a public representative at industry events, conferences, and media outlets
- Function as the general manager for the segment, defining strategic direction and delivering measurable results
- Hire, mentor, and manage a top-tier team of enterprise sales professionals
