Hilbert is hiring a Head of Engineering (Data & SWE)

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution for the Data (Forward Deployed) & Software teams.
  • Act as the primary partner to the AI/ML department, ensuring data infrastructure and software portals are aligned with agentic AI outputs.
  • Design and implement communication loops between Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success.
  • Lead the 'First 90 Days' of Product Management and Customer Success integration.
  • Lead recruitment drive to double the engineering org to 20+ members by year-end.
  • Mentor current leads into world-class managers.
  • Act as the final authority on SOC2 compliance, security posture, and infrastructure strategy.
