Concepta is hiring a Head of E-commerce to lead our Amazon-focused beauty and lifestyle brands. In this role, you will own the full e-commerce strategy and execution, driving revenue and margin performance through data-driven insights, marketing optimization, and operational excellence. You will lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Track and analyze key Amazon KPIs, customer behavior, and funnel performance to generate actionable insights shared across departments.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing strategies.
- Set sales targets, manage forecasting and budgeting, and hold full ownership of revenue and margin performance.
- Lead the strategic use of Amazon and external marketing tools (Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, etc.).
- Guide the PPC team in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
- Ensure team maintains Amazon account health, resolves issues quickly, and stays compliant with Amazon policies.
- Delegate monitoring of reviews, returns, and NCX metrics; use reports to identify product issues and align with R&D and Marketing on improvements.
- Regularly audit traffic, conversion, pricing, and content to identify growth drivers and causes of underperformance.
- Implement changes in ad and marketing tools strategy to fix performance gaps.
- Suggest and implement pricing strategies.
- Create structure for listings, A+, Brand Stores, and Brand Stories to ensure high click-through rate and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in developing, budgeting, and strategically scaling the entire suite of Amazon Advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated proficiency with analytical tools: Helium10, DataDive, DataRova, JungleScout, Sellerise/Sellerboard, Brand Analytics, Product Opportunity Explorer.
- In-depth knowledge of Deals, Coupons, Promotions, Discounts, and Brand Tailored Promotions.
- Strong command of key metrics tracking, deep insight into customer behavior, marketing funnels, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to forecast sales volume and plan margin profitability based on competitor analysis, market opportunities, and marketing performance data.
- Skilled in Amazon Seller Central operations, account health metrics, and policy adherence (ODR, NCX, Late Shipment Rate, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Influence Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and/or running ads via Meta, Google Ads, Bing, TikTok Shop.
- Experience with Amazon Experiments (A/B testing for titles, images, A+), tools like PickFu and/or ProductPinion.
- Experienced in implementing Agile methodologies to manage cross-functional Amazon teams.
- Skilled in setting clear KPIs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring fast, iterative execution across PPC, content, analytics, and customer support functions.
