About the Role
Lead the design vision and execution across all products, ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and scalable user experience while mentoring a growing team of designers.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall design strategy in alignment with product goals
- Own the end-to-end user experience across digital platforms and touchpoints
- Mentor and develop a team of designers through regular feedback and growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to prioritize design initiatives
- Establish and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
- Champion user-centered design principles across the organization
- Conduct and interpret user research to inform product decisions
- Lead design sprints and workshops to solve complex product challenges
- Ensure consistency in visual language and interaction design
- Present design concepts and rationale to executives and stakeholders
- Drive usability testing and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Integrate accessibility standards into all design deliverables
- Manage timelines and deliverables for design projects
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, design, and user behavior
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, and design excellence
- Translate business objectives into intuitive user flows and interfaces
- Work cross-functionally to align design with marketing and customer success
- Own the information architecture for complex product ecosystems
- Develop prototypes to communicate high-fidelity concepts
- Balance innovation with technical feasibility and business constraints
- Set hiring and team structure recommendations for design growth
- Evaluate design tools and workflows for efficiency improvements
- Ensure brand integrity is maintained across all experiences
- Drive consistency in tone, voice, and visual storytelling
- Support product launches with polished, user-tested designs
