Re7 Capital is seeking a Head of Delivery to play a central role in ensuring smooth operations and effective execution across all areas of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive cross-team alignment and manage both operational and strategic initiatives for this dynamic firm in the crypto and DeFi space.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate cross-team tasks, priorities, and workflows to maintain momentum and alignment, following up with team members to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Maintain strong internal visibility for the CEO across all workstreams, including ownership, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Manage and execute firm-wide projects, both operational and strategic, when needed.
- Keep stakeholders aligned and projects on track through structured workflows, dashboards, and clear documentation.
- Continuously identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across operational processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement scalable processes, procedures, and systems, including tools and automations to enable efficient, rapid growth across functions.
- Manage relationships with external providers, including fund administrators, custodians, vendors, and key partners, coordinating onboarding, documentation, and communication.
- Prepare updates, summaries, and follow-ups for the CEO, support meeting agendas and communications, and reduce operational load through proactive coordination.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, project management, Chief of Staff, or other coordination-heavy roles.
- Experience working in crypto, DeFi, blockchain, or other fast-paced tech startups.
- Exposure to fund operations, investment management, or financial services.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across teams.
- Experience implementing and improving processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, being clear, concise, and proactive.
- Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive momentum.
- Proven track record supporting senior leadership and executive teams.
- Passionate about the space, and familiarity with the culture and dynamics of the industry.
