Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordinator for intellectual property initiatives, overseeing timelines, key milestones, and deliverable tracking.
- Lead regular progress reviews and ensure engineering leads meet project targets and resolve technical obstacles promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to integrate Silicon IP into customer systems, guiding the process from initial testing to full deployment.
- Anticipate potential project risks, create contingency plans, and manage critical customer escalations to preserve trust and satisfaction.
- Provide executive leadership with periodic updates, performance dashboards, and KPIs reflecting customer program health and progress.
- Collaborate with Sales to finalize service contracts and work with Marketing to channel customer insights into product development enhancements.
