Requirements
- Demonstrated background in customer experience, progressing from frontline support to leadership roles
- Fluent English communication skills, including spoken proficiency for phone support when necessary
- Consistent history of monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing customer experience metrics across teams
- Hands-on experience managing support operations across email, SMS, and phone channels
- Knowledge of helpdesk platforms such as Gorgias or comparable systems
- Creative mindset with empathy and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organized with proven ability to lead and coordinate remote customer support teams
Nice to Have
- Background in managing online communities, including Facebook groups or brand social media accounts
- Industry experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or dietary supplements
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or order management tools
