Content Vision & Strategy
Develop bold new formats—documentaries, reality-style series, conceptual shorts—that challenge norms in personal development. Define platform-specific editorial directions: thoughtful depth for YouTube, immersive aesthetics for Instagram, and credible authenticity for LinkedIn. Every piece must serve both audience value and business growth.
Creative Leadership
Lead a team of creators—editors, designers, producers—with high standards for narrative and visual quality. Set the creative tempo, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and act as final gatekeeper for all content. Provide clear artistic direction and demand excellence in execution, from script to final cut.
End-to-End Ownership
Own the full production lifecycle: writing hooks, structuring stories, directing talent, and managing specialists like motion designers or drone operators. Treat the founder as a performer—crafting scripts and environments that let him deliver without friction. Use data on retention, CTR, and CPL to rapidly refine and scale what works.
Collaboration & Impact
Work closely with the Head of Growth to ensure content fuels acquisition. Align storytelling with performance, turning engagement into measurable outcomes. You’ll operate in a remote-first, high-intensity environment where autonomy meets accountability—and every decision serves impact.
Who You Are
- Proven track record scaling media brands or creator channels to 100k+ followers or millions of views
- Deep understanding of psychological triggers that drive clicks, shares, and long-term engagement
- Skilled in writing high-converting scripts and sustaining attention over extended formats
- Experienced managing creative teams with feedback that elevates quality
- Fluent in French (native or bilingual), with strong English for cross-team collaboration
- Hands-on—able to write, direct, or edit when needed
- Driven by results, not recognition; quick to adapt when data shows the way
- Uncompromising taste in storytelling and aesthetics
