Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and scalable growth of company operations across HR, recruiting, facilities, office administration, and security functions.
- Improve efficiency across departments by streamlining processes to support secure and sustainable operations during rapid expansion.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams that promote leadership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and scale office and facility operations to support organizational growth, including secure facility setup, maintenance, and compliance with physical security standards.
- Ensure adherence to defense-related regulatory requirements by leading compliance initiatives in coordination with legal, HR, and security teams.
- Establish and refine data systems to monitor key operational metrics in HR, recruiting, and facilities, enabling evidence-based decisions and ongoing improvements.
- Partner with executive leadership to align operational strategy with business growth objectives and product development timelines.
