Distribusion is seeking a Head of Business Development, UK & IR to lead our commercial growth in this key region. You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new bus and ferry partners, managing carrier and retailer relationships, and owning the market strategy and P&L.
What You'll Do
- Own the market P&L, build the market strategy, and execute against the Business Plan.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for which carriers and retailers to partner with, owning the hunting and farming of these accounts.
- Grow and develop Distribusion’s global network of bus, rail, ferry, and public transport operators across the UK & Ireland region.
- Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, and CRM maintenance.
- Develop the Carrier portfolio and continue to expand the business across the UK & Ireland.
- Support cross-selling of an expanding suite of products and services into transport operators.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by securing high-impact partnerships aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and successfully onboard partners.
Team & Environment
You will report into the commercial team and work closely with global stakeholders across the business.
Work Mode
This is a remote position, ideally based in London.
