Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of brand P&L, setting commercial targets and driving sustainable revenue growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all channels to boost user acquisition and engagement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM, Data Analytics, and Finance teams to maximize player experience and monetization
- Define and optimize key metrics (DAU/MAU, ARPU, LTV, retention) while analyzing performance data to capitalize on new opportunities
- Manage external partnerships, vendor relationships, and represent the brand at industry events
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while ensuring all activities comply with gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards
Requirements
- Proven brand leadership experience in digital entertainment, gaming, or social casino environments
- Strong commercial track record with demonstrated success in P&L management and revenue growth
- Expert-level cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution abilities
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, user engagement strategies, and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in online gaming sectors
