Paired is hiring a Head of AI & Automation to take ownership of all AI initiatives across our client projects in the distribution sector. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that drive significant efficiency gains for our business and our clients.

What You'll Do

Analyze client and internal business operations to identify where automation and AI can be effectively applied.
Determine which steps can be automated, handled by AI, and which should remain manual.
Build the actual workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, APIs, and light code.
Demonstrate and quantify ROI by tracking time saved and efficiency gained.
Explain technical solutions in plain English with simple diagrams for non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Proficient, hands-on experience with Make.com and n8n.
Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI/Claude), including prompt design, structured outputs, and AI agents.
Knowledge of APIs and light coding in Python or JavaScript for building connectors and webhooks.
Proven skill in business process design: spotting bottlenecks and mapping workflows.
Clear communication skills to explain workflows and automation benefits to non-technical staff.
Leadership experience with the ability to own both strategy and implementation.
