Hilton is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade across all operational areas. You will be instrumental in shaping the culinary direction, fostering a team culture aligned with our common goal to ‘share the light and warmth of hospitality,’ and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the kitchen brigade and work in all areas of the kitchen.
- Prepare and present high quality dishes with pride and precision.
- Recruit and develop your team, ensuring everyone has a personal development plan.
- Implement new menus.
- Monitor compliance with all operating standards and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Chef at Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager level.
- Great leadership skills.
- Passion for food.
