Responsibilities
- Manage and advance the organization's sales engagement and orchestration platforms, including Common Room, Outreach, and Gong.
- Design system integrations to unify go-to-market tools within a cohesive ecosystem, with Salesforce serving as the central data repository.
- Develop automated, signal-based workflows that convert customer intent and sales activity into targeted actions for lead routing, outreach, and performance reporting.
- Explore and test AI-powered solutions to minimize manual tasks, refine targeting accuracy, and modernize field operations in early and mid-funnel stages.
- Create and implement sales processes that enhance pipeline development, lead response times, sequence execution, and overall sales representative effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Business Applications teams to ensure technology supports field operations, tracking success through adoption rates and pipeline results.
- Enforce process governance and consistency by establishing clear workflows, maintaining documentation, and continuously refining sales operations.
