Front is looking for a GTM Systems Lead to drive the technology roadmap for our growing business. You will own the strategic and operational management of Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, primarily Salesforce, to empower the sales team with scalable, efficient tools. This role acts as a strategic partner to key business functions, designing and executing solutions aligned with company goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related GTM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive system integrations to ensure a seamless flow of data across platforms, maintaining data integrity.
- Build and manage system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Front’s evolving strategy and business needs.
- Manage the customization and configuration of Salesforce to enhance workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Lead efforts in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system-related issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, reporting, and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Help rollout and embed AI technologies across the GTM stack to redefine processes for efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience managing Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the Lead to Cash journey.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects requiring strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configurations and integrations with third-party applications.
- Strong business acumen with ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
- Solid understanding of AI tooling and experience using LLMs.
