Role Overview
In this position, you will help define and guide strategic growth for a rapidly scaling payments product. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll analyze market dynamics, assess operational efficiency, and deliver data-backed recommendations that influence company-wide decisions. Your work will bridge analytics, strategy, and execution across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects including market entry modeling, pricing assessments, and process optimization.
- Perform in-depth research to benchmark performance, evaluate competitors, and inform long-term planning.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Collaborate across departments to execute high-impact initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Define business requirements and develop quantitative frameworks to meet strategic objectives.
- Monitor project progress using dashboards and regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
- Prepare executive summaries and presentations that distill findings into strategic options.
What You Bring
- Minimum of three years in strategy, operations, or analytical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to connect business challenges with data-driven solutions.
- Experience using financial and operational data to guide decision-making.
- Proven success in conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking studies.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of aligning teams across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
