Responsibilities
- Evaluate go-to-market performance across sales, marketing, and customer success to identify effective strategies, detect irregularities, and provide actionable insights to revenue teams.
- Lead the design and development of AI-powered agents, establishing a scalable, data-informed framework with defined roadmaps and iterative improvements.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools and autonomous agents to uncover strategic opportunities and shape processes for an AI-integrated go-to-market function.
- Develop measurement models that link outbound efforts to pipeline generation and annual recurring revenue, ensuring full traceability and accountability of initiatives.
- Collaborate with go-to-market leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic planning, audience segmentation, and performance assessments.
- Champion and manage AI-driven go-to-market workflows, driving innovation and adoption of new operational methods within revenue teams.
- Manage Clay as a core platform, overseeing data enrichment, playbook scalability, credit efficiency, and team-wide best practices.
- Implement agent-based automation in Dust by creating workflows, knowledge repositories, and intelligent systems to enhance revenue team effectiveness.
- Advance the integration of native AI tools—including Claude, OpenAI, and emerging platforms—across lead research, personalization, signal identification, and scoring models.
- Maintain and refine the lead generation engine by detecting high-value triggers, optimizing enrichment pipelines, and increasing targeting accuracy over time.
- Assess and deploy new artificial intelligence technologies to continuously elevate go-to-market capabilities.
