Stord is hiring a GTM Strategy Associate to lead the sales planning cycle, monthly analysis, and reporting for the entire GTM team. You'll be hands-on in all sales initiatives, analyzing performance and leading key projects that provide market insights to drive sales targets and win plans.
What You'll Do
- Support the sales team in creating sales presentations and projects.
- Assist with Sales modeling and data analysis to support the commercial teams.
- Help monitor and analyze sales pipeline data and performance against targets.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to gather data and insights for ad-hoc Sales analysis.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on sales and marketing spend and its return on investment (ROI).
- Act as project manager on high-impact projects.
- Work closely with VP of Sales to develop GTM strategies & new initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, or analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Sales modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce.
- Previous experience working with sales, marketing, or revenue teams.
