Responsibilities
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for oncology products in the U.S. market
- Conduct market research to evaluate trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, sales, and regulatory
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare summaries for team review
- Help create content for healthcare professional and patient-facing materials
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards in marketing content
- Gather and interpret data from market feedback and sales reports
- Participate in internal meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Contribute to brand positioning and messaging frameworks
- Track key performance indicators for marketing initiatives
- Support logistics for advisory boards and speaker programs
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership
- Engage in training to understand product mechanisms and clinical data
- Help manage timelines for marketing deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes
- Stay current on healthcare policy changes affecting oncology treatments
- Support digital marketing efforts including website content and online campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies as needed
- Maintain organized documentation of marketing assets and plans
