Duck Creek Technologies is hiring a GTM Operations Analyst to support our sales and go-to-market processes. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency and data quality across Salesforce administration, reporting, and sales commissions, directly supporting our revenue team.
What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing and validating commission data to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks, including creating new accounts and maintaining account hierarchies.
- Manage contact records and ensure overall data quality.
- Assign leads generated by BDRs to appropriate Sales Directors for unassigned accounts.
- Run ad-hoc reports and handle data requests from the team.
- Refresh and distribute Excel templates for Sales Directors’ Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring consistency.
- Assist with CPQ redundancy by creating quotes using offline pricing models during peak periods.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new requests via the Service Desk, assessing priorities and resolving within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain documentation and templates for repeatable processes.
What We're Looking For
- A four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales/GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data formatting.
- Basic Salesforce administration capability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CPQ tools and offline pricing models.
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools.
