RocketAMS is seeking a GTM Engineer (Go-To-Market Engineer) to design, build, and run a scalable B2B outbound engine that does not rely on SDR headcount. In this role, you will own the end-to-end GTM infrastructure, with Clay as a core, non-negotiable tool.
What You'll Do
- Build Clay-first outbound systems for ICP definition, account sourcing, and enrichment.
- Build and scale Clay tables for account and contact sourcing, buying committee mapping, and enrichment.
- Design logic to filter poor-fit leads, prioritize intent, and generate personalized insights.
- Push clean, structured data directly into CRM and sequencing tools.
- Automate seamless data flow into HubSpot (or similar) and outreach tools.
- Automate record creation, updates, deduplication, and lifecycle stages.
- Maintain high data quality and consistency.
- Use Clay + AI to generate first line and follow-up personalization at scale.
- Design routing logic so leads are fully enriched before sales touch and routed instantly to the right owner.
- Continuously test ICPs, enrichment logic, data sources, and messaging.
- Track reply to rates, booking rates, and funnel drop-offs.
- Work closely with Founder/Growth and Sales to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems.
What We're Looking For
- Deep, hands-on experience with Clay (multi-step workflows, logic, conditions, enrichment chaining, and scaling).
- Strong experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- CRM experience, with HubSpot preferred.
- Solid understanding of B2B outbound and account-based prospecting.
- Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and ability to ship fast independently.
Nice to Have
- Mid-market or enterprise outbound experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for GTM or RevOps.
- Experience supporting sales or growth teams.
- Basic API knowledge.
