Jobs is hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale its core revenue generation engine. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of growth, operations, and engineering, where you will own the system from inception to execution for a lean, technical team.
What You'll Do
- Build and operate an end-to-end outbound engine covering targeting, list building, enrichment, sequencing, and meeting generation.
- Own CRM structure, data hygiene, and workflow design to ensure clean lead movement.
- Implement and iterate automation systems for enrichment, sequencing, routing, scoring, and experimentation.
- Define and refine qualification standards for meetings and pipeline in partnership with leadership.
- Run structured experiments on messaging, ICP targeting, and channels to improve conversion.
- Build durable documentation and scalable processes so the motion extends beyond a single operator.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product to refine ICP, positioning, and feedback loops.
- Identify bottlenecks in pipeline generation and proactively design systems to resolve them.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes, not just execute within an existing playbook.
- Strong analytical and operational skills; comfort designing metrics and iterating quickly.
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Excellent written communication for outbound messaging and internal documentation.
- Experience with CRM systems and modern automation tooling like workflow automation, enrichment, and sequencing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high standards and rapid iteration.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Experience building outbound or growth systems in GTM ops, growth, sales ops, rev ops, or automation-heavy SDR/BDR work.
- Familiarity with AI or technical buyer personas.
- Experience using workflow automation tools like n8n or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions.
