About the Role
This position supports the design, implementation, and optimization of technology systems that power sales, marketing, and customer success operations. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of revenue workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and customer service platforms
- Automate lead routing and follow-up workflows to improve sales efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement scalable campaign tracking
- Monitor data quality across revenue systems and resolve synchronization issues
- Configure and manage event-triggered communication sequences
- Support the deployment of analytics dashboards for performance measurement
- Document system architectures and integration patterns
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the go-to-market tech stack
- Assist in onboarding new sales and customer success team members to internal tools
- Optimize data capture processes across web and mobile platforms
- Implement security and access controls for customer-facing systems
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure data handling standards are met
- Evaluate new tools for potential integration into existing workflows
- Conduct regular audits of automation logic and data flows
- Provide technical input for sales operations planning sessions
- Assist in managing third-party vendor relationships for GTM technologies
- Maintain version control for configuration changes in key systems
- Support A/B testing initiatives for conversion optimization
- Ensure API rate limits and usage policies are followed
- Contribute to post-mortems after system outages or data incidents
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce administration or development
- Certifications in cloud or CRM platforms
