Included Health is hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to design, develop, and deliver enablement programs for our Go-To-Market team. You will help our GTM organization scale effectively.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver enablement programs for the GTM team.
- Drive the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies across the GTM organization.
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
