Hypergen is hiring a GTM Copywriter focused on cold email. In this role, you will write and refine email sequences for B2B clients across various industries, creating hooks and value propositions that cut through the noise. You’ll join a fast-moving team focused on performance and simplicity.

What You'll Do

Write and refine cold email sequences for B2B clients across different industries like SaaS, M&A, HRTech, and FinTech.
Create high-performing hooks, angles, and value propositions.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to speed up research, ideation, and iteration, including building and improving prompts.
Work closely with GTM specialists to align copy with targeting and offers.
A/B test subject lines, hooks, tone, and sequences, and iterate based on performance.
Use Clay to support personalization and outbound workflows.

What We're Looking For

You have written cold emails before (mandatory, not general copywriting).
You use AI tools daily and are comfortable working with them beyond basic requests.
You have done prompt engineering with ChatGPT or Claude and know how to refine prompts to get better outputs.
You know Clay, or have at least basic working knowledge and can use it confidently.
Strong, clear, and natural English writing skills.

Nice to Have

You’ve worked as a GTM Engineer or outbound specialist and now want to focus more on writing.
You’re comfortable thinking in performance terms like reply rates, conversions, and meetings booked.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, PlusVibe, BuiltWith, RB2B, etc.
