About the Role

The ideal candidate will analyze and optimize sales compensation structures, support planning cycles, and provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain sales compensation plans aligned with business goals
  • Analyze performance data to assess plan effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine incentive strategies
  • Support quarterly and annual planning processes
  • Develop dashboards to track key sales metrics
  • Identify trends in sales performance and compensation outcomes
  • Ensure accurate commission calculations and payout reporting
  • Partner with finance to align compensation with budget forecasts
  • Maintain documentation for compensation policies and methodologies
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in commission statements
  • Evaluate the impact of plan changes on seller behavior
  • Provide analytical support during compensation plan renewals
  • Monitor compliance with compensation governance standards
  • Assist in onboarding new sales hires to compensation systems
  • Streamline processes for quota and target setting
  • Leverage CRM data to improve planning accuracy
  • Coordinate with HR on compensation-related policies
  • Produce regular reports for leadership review
  • Identify opportunities to automate compensation workflows
  • Support special projects related to sales strategy
  • Ensure data integrity across sales operations systems
  • Facilitate communication between sales and finance teams
