- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives related to hiring
- Evaluate recruitment tools and technologies for efficiency gains
- Onboard new hires into the recruitment workflow
- Represent the organization at professional and networking events
- Stay informed about labor market trends in the nonprofit and research sectors
- Provide data-driven hiring forecasts to leadership
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Collaborate on global hiring logistics when applicable
