Responsibilities
- Oversee core business operations including finance, vendor management, investor relations, auditing, and day-to-day administrative functions.
- Maintain and manage the company’s financial model, budgeting process, and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to support and expand founder-led sales initiatives.
- Administer CRM systems, track revenue performance, and monitor key sales metrics and KPIs.
- Support current investor engagement and assist in preparing for future fundraising rounds.

The company aims to automate operational actions in the physical economy—spanning entertainment, live venues, quick-service restaurants, and retail—using computer vision AI. It measures, alerts, and delivers AI-driven recommendations to enterprise clients such as Merlin/Legoland, 7-11, Tanger Outlets, Charlotte Hornets, and Calgary Flames. Its platform will soon advise clients on optimizing throughput, revenue, and staffing. Backed by venture capital, it plans to raise a Series A in 2026.
