We're seeking an experienced alliance leader to architect our Global System Integrator (GSI) ecosystem across the US. This role transcends traditional partner management - you'll be responsible for creating strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Accenture and Deloitte. As An Active Team Member, You Will... Strategy & Execution: Develop multi-year go-to-market plans for target GSIs, ensuring alignment with global alliance and regional sales objectives. Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Drive comprehensive partner relationships to exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Identify and support joint sales pursuits. Executive Relationship Management: Build deep, multi-level connections within GSI partners, navigating complex organizational structures to drive outcomes. Partner Enablement & Practice Building: Lead comprehensive enablement programs, including training and certifications to establish profitable practice models. Solution Development: Collaborate across teams to define repeatable joint solutions addressing critical customer challenges. Performance Management: Own partnership metrics through regular business reviews. If You've Got It - We Want It Extensive Experience: 10+ years of success in alliances, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within high-growth technology environments. Proven GSI Expertise: Demonstrated track record building and monetizing partnerships with leading consulting firms. Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in observability, data management, cybersecurity, and cloud ecosystems. Strategic & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter capable of autonomous, methodical execution and ground-up initiative building. Exceptional Communication: World-class presentation skills articulating complex concepts across diverse stakeholder levels.
