Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, providing structured feedback and fostering professional growth across experience levels.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the sales pipeline to uncover inefficiencies, growth levers, and performance trends.
- Translate business challenges into analytical projects that inform strategy, quota setting, and performance tracking.
- Design and refine scalable operational workflows, with a focus on automation and long-term sustainability.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sales metrics, enabling reliable reporting and leadership decision-making.
- Partner with teams in Strategy, BI, Pricing, and Marketing to align objectives, processes, and data standards.
- Lead communication efforts to roll out new tools and methodologies across non-technical audiences, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Oversee automation of core functions such as commission validation, performance dashboards, and target allocation.
What You Bring
- Proven background in sales operations or commercial excellence, with a track record of delivering data-backed solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery), Excel, and Google Sheets for data extraction, modeling, and analysis.
- Strong ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with clear understanding of how operational improvements drive revenue outcomes.
- Fluency in English for documentation and participation in cross-regional discussions.
- Experience in team leadership or coaching is highly valued.

Operating in a remote-first model, this role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil, with optional access to offices or coworking spaces in São Paulo up to twice per week.
