The Sales Ops Sr. Coordinator at Grupo QuintoAndar will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, automated sales operations by transforming data into actionable insights. This position supports commercial leadership with strategic analysis and process improvements across the sales lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Directly manage and develop a diverse team (ranging from interns to senior specialists), providing clear guidance, regular feedback, and career development support.
- Balance team workload and priorities, ensuring the team remains focused on high-impact projects while maintaining operational excellence.
- Act as a technical mentor, fostering a data-driven culture and raising the bar for analytical rigor and process automation within the team.
- Suggest and conduct quantitative, strategic commercial analyses to support initiatives aimed at increasing sales productivity and performance.
- Analyze the full sales funnel and pipeline to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations for sales leadership and stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales operations processes, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
- Oversee and support the automation of key commercial routines, including target setting and quota allocation.

- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in sales data and operational metrics across the organization.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Strategy, Pricing, BI, Marketing) to align data, processes, and objectives.
- Lead change management efforts by clearly communicating complex analyses and new processes to teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Sales Operations or related commercial excellence roles.
- Analytical skills with solid knowledge of SQL (BigQuery) and data manipulation (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and influence non-analytical audiences.
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect operational tasks to revenue growth and strategic goals.
- English Proficiency: Ability to create documents and participate in global forums with autonomy.
