The Growth Strategist at Right Hook Digital plays a central role in driving scalable and profitable growth for eCommerce brands. As a leader within our client-focused, values-driven team, you'll shape and execute the Growth Marketing OS while mentoring a dedicated pod and delivering high-impact results.

What You'll Do

• Build and present data-driven strategies that connect to each client’s big-picture growth goals
• Guide and oversee the strategic use of paid marketing channels (Social & Search) to drive scalable, profitable growth
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to ensure high-converting, brand-aligned creative is deployed and tested across relevant channels
• Identify and execute budget allocation strategies that maximize profitable growth, such as shifting investment toward high-performing channels
• Be the go-to advisor for your clients—Results Through Relationships isn’t just a tagline; it’s our core
• Lead and mentor your pod team (Media Buyer, Project Coordinator, Visual Creator) to deliver seamlessly aligned growth strategies
• Help define and refine our best practices, testing methods, and playbooks
• Own end-to-end project flow, ensuring quality execution from ads to landing pages

• Work within a tight-knit pod team structure led by the Lead Strategist and supported by a Media Buyer, Project Coordinator, and Visual Creator
