Paired is looking for a Senior, hands-on Growth Strategist to lead performance-driven growth for our client's ecommerce brands. In this role, you will own growth strategy, media buying performance, testing frameworks, and insights across paid channels, working closely with founders and creative teams to scale customer acquisition profitably.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for ecommerce brands.
- Own media buying and optimization across Meta and Google Ads.
- Scale ad accounts while maintaining strong new customer acquisition efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and attribution to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and manage testing frameworks, including hypotheses, velocity, and iteration cycles.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance.
- Monitor spend, pacing, and performance across multiple brands and accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in performance marketing or growth roles, either agency or brand-side.
- 3+ years in a senior growth, media buying, or strategy-focused role.
- Proven experience scaling Meta & Google ad accounts beyond $250K+/month.
- Strong understanding of new customer acquisition, not just in-platform ROAS/CPA.
- Highly data-driven mindset with structured testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Deep hands-on experience with attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, confident communication with internal teams and clients.
