12Go is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. You will play a key role in resolving customer issues and improving our workflows, directly contributing to the experience of millions of travelers who use our platform daily.
What You'll Do
- Resolve customer complaints via email and social media.
- Assist customers by providing accurate and timely information.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other departments.
- Track negative reviews and support cases to identify and resolve systemic problems.
- Suggest and implement changes to improve operational workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Internet services and software technologies.
- Self-organized with great time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to raise questions and escalate issues to the responsible person.
- Quick to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Looking for a long-term job opportunity.
