HireHawk is looking for an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem to source and hire top talent for U.S.-based companies. You'll own the full recruitment cycle, partnering closely with clients to deliver business-aligned hires.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different e-commerce roles such as Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, and Tech.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and commercial mindset.
- Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours, requiring a PST overlap.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
- Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with DTC brands, marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart), or omnichannel businesses.
- Background in staffing agencies, startups, or high-growth companies.
