We are looking for a Growth Specialist (Intern/Junior Associate) to spearhead client acquisition and business development for Substance's Level Up platform. You'll work across Pan India to build relationships and execute strategies that drive our growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target potential clients in Pan India, employing various outreach techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions.
- Develop and execute actionable sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Work closely with recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging and maximize leads.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on lead management and sales.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, particularly within Pan India.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in using data analysis to inform decisions.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
