Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support for a leading automotive company. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and support needs in French while working remotely from Greece, ensuring a high standard of service.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, promotions, and financing options.
- Assist customers with booking services, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience preferably in the automotive sector.
