Teamified seeks a Tech Support & Live Events Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our online business and ensure the smooth delivery of live events for a spiritually focused brand. You'll join a values-led, heart-centered organization focused on deep emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
What You'll Do
- Manage accurate record-keeping for event attendees and customers.
- Activate products and manage customer access.
- Respond to support emails clearly, professionally, and compassionately.
- Handle contacts, tags, and basic workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Set up and schedule weekly newsletters inside GoHighLevel.
- Format email content correctly and test before sending.
- Ensure correct lists, tags, and segments are used for each email send.
- Prepare workbooks, run sheets, slide decks, and reminder emails for live events.
- Work confidently in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
- Handle basic data and tracking in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Create or update simple visual assets in Canva.
- Upload short-form video content (reels) to a multi-platform social distributor.
- Follow clear posting schedules and naming conventions for social media.
- Host live Zoom sessions, sharing slides and music, managing breakout rooms, and spotlighting speakers.
- Monitor the Zoom room and handle basic technical issues calmly in real time.
- Support or maintain basic automations using tools like Zapier or n8n.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience hosting live Zoom events.
- Comfort being responsible for the technical side of live sessions without getting nervous.
- Openness to working overtime during weekends in certain months, especially during events.
- Experience using GoHighLevel (basic to intermediate hands-on experience required).
- Confidence using Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets at a basic level.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written communication skills.
- High reliability—showing up every day and on time.
