Flowfox is hiring a Virtual Equipment Assistant for a fully remote contractor position. You'll be responsible for receiving, setting up, and maintaining company-provided equipment from your home location.
What You'll Do
- Receive a company laptop and internet device
- Confirm delivery and unpack equipment
- Follow a simple setup guide
- Keep devices powered and connected
- Be available during assigned shifts
- Report technical issues when needed
- Follow equipment usage policies
- Complete onboarding and KYC steps
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Stable home internet and electricity
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Good time management skills
- Basic English comprehension
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with remote tasks
- Able to receive and return equipment
