What You'll Do
- Source, engage, and place candidates across various sectors.
- Conduct thorough interviews assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic recruiting support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies.

- Fluency in English.
