Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a global automotive client. You will work remotely from Greece to provide expert assistance and resolve inquiries for Danish-speaking customers regarding automotive products and services.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order management.
- Provide troubleshooting guidance and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM software and general computer applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours from a remote location in Greece.

- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in English is beneficial.
