Paired is hiring a Growth Specialist to drive our e-commerce performance marketing and customer acquisition strategy. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with Media Buyers, Creative team members, and the Product team to execute and scale campaigns that meet ambitious growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition efforts across Native ads platforms to maximize revenue and reach growth targets.
- Manage high-scale budgets and large-scale paid customer acquisition campaigns.
- Analyze large sets of data to drive business insights and action items.
- Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaign activity, including ad copy & landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and targeting.
- Develop and maintain a monthly media plan across all campaigns.
- Proactively optimize purchased media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting.
- Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience with performance marketing campaigns on Native ad platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, or Revcontent.
- Experience with an e-commerce/online retail company or other B2C related performance marketing activities.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large sets of data and numbers.
- Expertise in Google Web and conversion tracking setup, and understanding how attribution impacts campaign performance.
- Experience managing large budgets of at least $200,000/month.
- Creative mind with the ability to understand and guide the design team on creative trends and data, as well as experience writing and ideating landing pages.
- A self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities and close attention to detail.
